Job Overview

Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours
Hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
Weekend requirement: Variable weekends, depending on department needs
Floating: May float within scope as needed

Required Qualifications

License: Valid CT Technologist license in Utah
Experience: CT Technologist (3 years of experience)
Recent experience: CT Technologist experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association; BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Other required items: Government-issued photo ID, E-Verify, orientation safety manual acknowledgement, annual skills checklist, competency exam, and national certification verification

Compliance / Health Requirements

Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
HHS/OIG screening
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity
Hepatitis B immunity
Varicella immunity
Drug screening
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption
Respirator safety clearance if fit testing is needed onsite
