ICU RN Travel/Contract Job

Overview

  • Location: San Francisco, California
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 25 weeks
  • Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night schedule
  • Weekly hours: 36

Key Job Details

  • This is a float pool role, not unit-based.
  • The nurse must be able to float to other facilities and departments.
  • The assignment includes floating to ICU, ED, PACU, and other critical care areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Critical Care Float experience (4 years of experience)
  • Critical Care Float experience within the last year
  • 1 year or less of total travel experience in the past 5 years
  • ECMO experience within the last 6 months to 1 year
  • Experience caring for ECMO patients as a bedside RN
  • Experience caring for ECMO as primary responsibility without dedicated bedside perfusion support
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
  • CVICU experience
  • CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care experience
  • CCU - Coronary Care experience
  • ECMO ICU experience
