Pediatric PACU RN

Location

Oakland, California

Schedule

10-hour day shifts
Open shift times are assigned after seniority-based scheduling for regular staff
Must be able to float to other facilities, including Walnut Creek as needed

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid California RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
PALS issued by the American Heart Association
2 years of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care experience
Ambulatory Care experience

Preferred Experience

Level I Trauma Center experience
PICU experience

Additional Notes

Unit-specific skills checklist required
Two supervisory references required
Current resume with the last 7 years of work history is required
Gaps of 30 days or more in work history must be explained
