Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Tyler, Texas
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- CVOR (2 years of experience)
- CVOR experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Experience
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
Additional Notes
- Candidates residing in certain nearby counties are not eligible for this assignment
- Epic charting is used
- Driver’s license or state ID required
- Clear headshot required for badge
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Work history verification required
- Skills checklist required annually
- Education verification required
