Diagnostic Imaging Technologist - Contract Position

Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Must have a current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license by the start of the assignment.
Must hold current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a radiologic technologist.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in operating radiographic equipment independently without supervision.
Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols required. Must wear a dosimeter badge.
Experience preferred with:
- Meditech EMR
- Philips DR
- Philips C-arms
- OEC C-arms
- Konica DR

Work Schedule

Varied shifts: Day and Evening.
Average of 3 days of call per month.
No guarantee of hours or time off requests.

Additional Information

Traveler must arrive on the island the Thursday before the Monday start date to complete employee health appointments and HR/EH clearance.
Must be able to start on time; do not accept the start date if unable to arrive as required.
