Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology RN

Location

Monterey, California

Schedule

Varied day shift
On-call during the week and weekend call
4 shifts per week, 8 hours each
1–2 call shifts during the week
Weekend call every 6th week

Required Qualifications

CA RN
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

Interventional Radiology nursing experience within the past 5 years
Acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years
Critical care experience

Job Duties

Admitting patients for procedures
Discharging patients after procedures
Follow-up visits or calls on inpatients/outpatients
Administering medications for diagnostic cases
Monitoring for MRI pacemaker cases
Supporting anesthesia cases in radiology
Providing moderate sedation for interventional radiology cases
