Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: Port Angeles, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, primarily 8-hour shifts with 12-hour shifts as needed (1900-0730)
Average Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Job Description

Seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves working primarily in Labor & Delivery with some postpartum care. Nurses may float only as sitters or helpers and will not be assigned to Med-Surg, ICU, or ED units.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Washington
• Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
• Certifications:

  • AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
  • AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certificate
• Neonatal monitoring experience preferred
• STABLE certification preferred

Additional Information

• The assignment includes 4 Labor & Delivery patients and 5 postpartum patients per shift.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
