Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Mandan, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Shift Length: 12 hours
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday

Job Details

• Facility size: 128 beds
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:32
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: PCC
• Patient population: All diagnoses typical of long-term care/skilled nursing
• Orientation: Location-specific orientation pathway with facility staff
• Overtime: Available

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in North Dakota
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• LPNs cannot be utilized in place of RNs for this role
• IV certification preferred for LPNs (note: this is a preference, not a requirement for RN)

Additional Information

• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
• Weekend and holiday rotations are every other week
• Local candidates within 80 miles or those using facility housing may have adjusted rates (not included here)
