Location: Davenport, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapy
• Settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Home Health (HH)
• Supervisory Role: Supervising 2-3 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• New Graduates: Accepted
• Software Used: Nethealth and HomeCare HomeBase
• Productivity Expectations:

  • 80% productivity at SNF
  • 90% efficiency for Home Health
• Therapy Supervisor: Available onsite at SNF
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift; weekend work possible if needed
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Week: Sunday through Saturday

Required Qualifications

• BLS Certification
• Physical Therapist license appropriate for Iowa

Additional Information

• Local placements within an 80-mile radius
• No on-call or call-back required
• A fee applies if clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days' notice
