Job Opportunity: MED/TELE Burn Unit Nurse

Location: Jackson, Mississippi
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of solid Med/Tele experience (burn unit experience is a plus but not required)
Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX certifications required
EPIC charting proficiency required
Flu vaccine required by November 15 (medical exemption allowed with documented evidence)
Fingerprint background check required (remote process takes 10 days; in-person available locally prior to start)

Work Details

Shift: 12-hour nights
Patient ratio: Typically 1:3, maximum 1:4 in certain situations
Holiday coverage: At least one holiday shift coverage expected, with flexibility to avoid working all holidays
Travel radius: Within 50 miles

Additional Notes

Local candidates accepted
ASAP start dates preferred
