Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Utah
Psychiatric (2 years of experience)
Psychiatric experience within the last year
BLS
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Behavioral Health Services (ACT/BHU)
Behavioral Health Unit has 14 beds
ACT has 10 beds
Patient ratios: ACT 1:5, BHU 1:7
Floating may include Alcohol and Chemical Treatment (ACT) – Detox and Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) - Psych

Clinical Responsibilities

Nursing assessments
Glucose checks
Medication administration
Monitor labs

Schedule

Rotate weekends
No on call
