Required Qualifications

Surgical Technician (6 months of experience)
Surgical Technician experience within the last year
BLS
CST or NBSTSA
Experience working with Labor and Delivery patients

Preferred Qualifications

Circulating C-Sections
More than 2 years of labor and delivery experience
High risk LDR experience

Unit Details

Day shift staff includes 1 CNC(TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks, Anesthesia Tech, and OB Hospitalist
Night shift staff includes 1 CNC(TL), 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk, Anesthesia Tech, and OB Hospitalist
Typical patient ratios include 1:1 for high risk labor c-sections; 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, and PP on mag; 1:3 for PP mag no baby and outpatients
Common procedures include C-sections, inductions, cesarean hysterectomies, and D&C
