Overview

Travel RN role in Alexandria, Louisiana
Full-time
Day shift: 7AM - 7PM
Start: ASAP
Temp to perm is a possibility

Unit / Patient Population

Cardiac and Telemetry patients
Not a Stepdown unit
Candidate must be willing to float

Schedule

36 or 48 hours per week guarantees are available
Every other weekend
No call

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty

Additional Details

Nurse/patient ratio: 5:1-6:1 depending on staffing
Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs
