Location: Portsmouth, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Patient Population & Treatment Focus

• Orthopedic conditions: total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain
• Neurological conditions: traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke
• Chronic pain: low back pain, cervical pain
• Patient ratio: 1:1 for evaluations and re-evaluations
• Equipment: Standard outpatient therapy equipment, fitness center access, pool

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Work Environment

• Electronic Health Record system: Meditech
• Dress code: Scrubs or business casual acceptable (scrub color flexible)

Additional Notes

• Compact state eligible
• Outpatient setting, trauma level not applicable
• Preferred candidate has outpatient experience
• No weekend hours required
