Case Manager (RN) - Travel Position

Location: Biddeford, Maine

Job Description

• Provide care coordination and discharge planning.
• Perform utilization review.
• Support a department currently operating with reduced staffing and high productivity demands, focusing on managing length of stay efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in care coordination
• Experience in utilization review, including Utilization Review with InterQual
• Experience in discharge planning

Additional Information

• Position starts May 11th.
• Department is understaffed, increasing the importance of effective case management.
