Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
CVOR (1 year of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
PALS
Cardiovascular (CV) experience
Ability to perform vascular cases
Ability to perform robotic cases

Preferred Qualifications

Endovascular experience
Moderate sedation experience
Ability to perform ortho, ENT, gyn, and general cases
CNOR

Work Environment

Works only in the Surgery Department
Case mix includes general, ortho, ENT, gyn, podiatry, urology, plastic, pain, and eye cases
Patient ratio: 1:1
EMR used: Expanse

Schedule / Call

Call starts at the end of the weekday shift and runs until 7:00 AM the next morning
Weekend call is 24 hours
Typical call expectation is one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month
