**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit!** **Job Description:** - **Unit:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - **Start Date:** October 5th - **Shift:** 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Flexibility required; block scheduling not guaranteed) **Why This Role is Exciting:** - Experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced ICU environment with a variety of cases. - Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide top-notch care for critically ill patients. - Utilize your expertise with advanced equipment like IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Artic Sun). **Patient Diagnoses You'll Encounter:** - Neuro/Med: Strokes, Sepsis, Altered Mental Status, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Respiratory Failure, Congestive Heart Failure, Post ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction. - CTICU: Cardiovascular surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm surgery. - Surg/Trauma: Trauma cases, Major post-operative surgery patients. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU (4-5 years preferred). - **Must have:** - Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, - Up-to-date Skills Checklist matching specialty. - Documented travel experience is mandatory. - Active New York RN Licenses & all active RN licenses included in NURSYS report. **Additional Information:** - Local candidates (within 75 miles) are welcome. - Floating required to all units except Behavioral and Emergency Room (unless holding). - Scrub Color: Navy **RTO (Request for Time Off):** Must be provided at the time of submission. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
