Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join the team at PMC Worthington in Worthington, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and dispensing medications, ensuring medication safety, counseling patients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately.
Ensure medications are appropriate for patients and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
Monitor medication compliance and identify potential medication-related problems.

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Active pharmacist license
