Job Details

• Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) with Pediatric specialization (RT PEDS).
• Education Requirements: 0 years of experience required, with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred.
• Location Requirements: Toledo, OH.
• Years of Experience Needed: 1 year.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will administer respiratory treatments, operate ventilatory equipment including invasive and non-invasive methods, perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and monitoring, and assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy and thoracentesis. Responsibilities include reviewing chest x-rays, performing pulmonary function tests, and maintaining detailed treatment records. Physical assessment and effective communication with physicians regarding therapy efficacy are essential.
