Cardiac RN - Telemetry
Overview
- Travel RN role in Telemetry
- 1 opening
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Shift: A/P
- Every other weekend
Unit
- Telemetry unit
- 24 beds
- Patient ratio: 4:1
- May occasionally float to IMCU, NPCU, and/or Surgical
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Cerner experience
Skills / Experience

- Zoll
- Masimo
Patient Population
- Generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adult to elderly adult
Common Diagnoses / Treatments
- Chest Pain
- A-fib
- CHF
- Pre & Post care for cardiac caths (groin & radial)
- VATS
