Position Overview

Seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment serving patients throughout the New Braunfels area. The therapist will perform evaluations, treatments, care planning, and documentation while managing an independent caseload in the field.

Requirements

Active PT License
Bachelor's Degree minimum
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Home Health experience preferred
HCHB experience preferred
