Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted LMSW or LCSW license in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory.
- Must maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Requires at least three (3) years of experience in a clinical care setting.
- Should have experience and knowledge in discharge planning, case management, or utilization review.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Med Ninjas Job ID #20774. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
