Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per weekLength: 16 weeks
no weekends; no on call

Requirements:

• HI License
• 1 year Home Health experience
  
• 3 mo OASIS documentation experience
  
• AHA BLS
• Psych Home Health; Tracheostomy care; MatrixCare documentation preferred

• Post amputation; Post Total Joint Replacement; Administration of blood/blood products; Care and management of peripheral IVs/ central lines/ports; IV start skills; Phlebotomy skills; Clinical assessment documentation; Coordinate services; Infection Control Precautions; Obtain Vital Signs; Oxygen safety/administration
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required

Registered nurse; 1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED; >3 mo OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED.
Days 5x8s; 25 units productivity per week; no weekends; no on call; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes required.

Certifications REQUIRED: BLS (AHA), HI License
