Tuscaloosa, AL – LPN (LTC) Night Shift

📍 Location: Heritage Health and Rehab, Tuscaloosa, AL
🗓 Contract Length: 13 weeks
⏰ Shift: 8-hour Night Shifts

Pay Package:

Hourly Rate: $15
OT Rate: $40
Non-Taxable Stipend: $925

Requirements:

Active LPN license (AL or compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
BLS Certification
