REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Position: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Operating Room.
• Strong orthopedic experience – Mandatory.
• Robotic surgery experience – Mandatory.
• Must be capable of performing both First Assistant and OR Circulator responsibilities.
• Must be comfortable taking call specifically for First Assistant coverage.
• C-section experience is highly preferred.
• General travel compliance prefers 3+ years of RN experience and may consider 2.5+ years. The posting does not establish a separate RNFA-specific minimum.
• Previous travel experience is not explicitly required.
• No specific EMR experience required.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts.
• Hours: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
