OTA needed for 13 weeks in a home health setting in Fort Worth, TX. This OTA will work a minimum of 32 hours per week. HCHB experience is required.



Qualifications

License Requirements



Current OTA licensure in the state of practice

Current CPR certification

Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
