Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring at least one year of recent experience and basic arrhythmia recognition skills.
Details
- Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit setting
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week on a rotating 13-week schedule
- Uses EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Basic arrhythmia recognition skills required
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same pay rate as travel candidates
- Contingent workers may not exceed two years on assignment without taking 90 consecutive days off per facility HR tenure policy
- Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months to be eligible for a travel assignment
