Assignment Details – Clinical Social Worker

Specialty: Behavioral Health
License: must be licensed in Kentucky - LCSW, LPCC or LMFT
Location: Hopkinsville, KY
Flexible Start Date
Duration: 13 weeks
Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Weekends
Shift: Day shift, 7:00am-7:00pm, Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon
Enhanced hourly rate & bi-weekly, tax-exempt stipend
Paid travel to/from assignment

Job duties to include:
- Provide high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment of patients’ functional needs and outcomes; consulting with and participating as part of the patients’ treatment team
- Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and regulations
- Assess patient needs regularly and assist in the developing and updating of the Master Treatment Plan
- Work within a team environment to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient
- Provide group educational therapies to assigned patients consistent with established techniques and methods relevant to the professional literature

Qualifications

Travel Therapist Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or professional counseling
- Licenses/Certificates: Licensed, or license eligible as a social worker, marriage and family counselor or professional counselor per the state of Kentucky’s licensure and regulation standards for a mental health professional. LCSW preferred, will consider LPCC or LMFT.
- Experience: Two or more years’ experience in a mental health setting preferred. Must possess knowledge of major aspects of psychiatric treatment of population served.
