Description

Medical Technologist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Technologist to fill an opening with a nationally ranked healthcare provided in Cape Coral, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Technologist:

Perform clinical laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards
Maintain and calibrate equipment, conduct quality control procedures, and follow departmental protocols
Prioritize workload, demonstrate flexibility, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues throughout the healthcare system
Flexible Shift Options- Choice of days, evenings, and nights!!

Required Qualifications for Medical Technologist:

Bachelor’s Degree
Must have AAB, ASCP or AMT certification
Must be licensed Med Tech in the state of Florida w/ 5 licenses (Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology)
BLS Certification
Open to newly licensed folks

Pay Details: min- mid point $27.36 - $34 /hr based on experience + Shift Differentials
