Description

A facility in Auburn, NY is looking for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN). Must have minimum 3 years of experience in current field. Must have New York State (NYS) RN License, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Intermediate Fetal Monitoring. Prefer Scrub experience and STABLE or NICU exp. L&D ratio 1:1-2 and Mother Baby is Couplets:1. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated. AHA NIH certification and 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic are required prior to start. Facility has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts at no cost during the duration of the 13 week assignment. Caregiver will need to be available for call during these cancelled shifts. 13 week assignment. Community Hospital. 90 bed facility. Charting System-Paragon. RN:PT is L&D 1:1-2 and MB is Couplets:3. NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required. Scrub exp. preferred, but not required.
