Required Skills
- Outpatient/clinic nursing workflow experience (intake, vitals, history, documentation)
- Ability to assist providers during exams and minor procedures
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and follow-through
- Clear communication and patient education skills
- Compassionate, service-oriented approach to patient care
- Prior outpatient clinic background
- Urology experience required
Other Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
Schedule expectation: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; no weekends or holidays
