Kaiser Permanente – Lancaster Medical Center

Adult Nurse Practitioner | Locum Tenens

💰 Pay Rate: $90 - $115 /hr
📍 Location: Lancaster, CA
📅 Start: ASAP | Initial 3 months + option to extend
🕐 Schedule: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM | Full-time
📞 Call: None | Rotating weekends (every other weekend, with weekday days off)
👥 Census: ~20–24 patients/day
💻 EMR: EPIC / Kaiser Health Connect

Job Description

Kaiser Permanente – Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient coverage supporting physician staffing needs.

Patient Population & Duties:

  • Adult and geriatric outpatient patients
  • Manage Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and routine adult/geriatric conditions
  • Perform evaluations, follow-ups, treatment planning, and medication management
  • Provide comprehensive primary care in a clinic setting

Requirements

  • Adult Nurse Practitioner only
  • Board Certified NP required
  • Active California license required — licensing candidates not accepted
  • Vaccination with booster required
  • Credentialing: approximately 12 weeks
