Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Outpatient
Shift: Variable / 8's or 10's (7a-5:30p), 40 hrs per week Length: 13 weeks
2-3 days per week outpatient and 2 days per week inpatient
Requirements:

• OR License
• 1 year experience
• Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible
• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required
• BLS
• Certified Hand Therapist or hands experience is a plus but not a requirement

POSITION PURPOSE:The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health.
Required:EMR:-Electronic EMR, Epic preferred
