Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor: This position delivers patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role collaborates with healthcare providers and other professional disciplines to support effective patient outcomes, quality nursing care, and culturally responsive care delivery.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current California registered nurse license; current certification in CPR, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, educating patients and significant others, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
