NICU Travel RN
• Participate in the implementation and execution of patient care plan in collaboration with the health care team.
• Provide round-the-clock care to premature or severely ill newborn infants, including caring for the basic needs of infants.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
• Inform physicians about changes in patients’ conditions when deemed necessary.
• Provide frequent visits to patients to monitor vital signs and comfort levels.
• Provide individualized support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• Availability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• Also referred to as: neonatal intensive care unit registered nurse, neonatal ICU nurse, neonatal critical care nurse.

Job Requirements
• 1+ year of experience as a NICU nurse
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
