REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Position: RN – Nurse Case Manager.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in case management, social work, and discharge planning – Required.
- Cerner EHR proficiency – Mandatory.
- Previous rural healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable coordinating patient care in a resource-limited healthcare environment.
SCHEDULE
- Shift: Days.
- Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week.
