Selected Candidates will complete their orientation at a leading acute-care hospital and then transition to the facility once completed. The unit information is as follows:

• Level II trauma hospital with 440 beds, including associated rehab and psych services.
• RN/SW/CMA team for triad model.
• Utilization Review (UR) team offsite, with Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments).
• Fast-paced, high-acuity units.
• 8-hour shifts with rotation every other weekend.
• Typical shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Must have an active RN license in Florida or Compact.
• 2-4 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care facility.
• Preferred experience with HCA and familiarity with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile.

Additional Preferences:

• Must be adaptable to every unit assigned.
• Floating is required.

Dress Code: Business casual with a white lab coat.
