Senior Surgical Technologist III – Operating Room

Position Name: OR Tech 3 (Tier 3)
Facility Name: Research Medical Center
Shifts Available: Shift Details will be explained during the interview process
Days (Rotating Weekends): 40 hour work week (shift hours could start as early as 6 am)
On Call Requirement: Must live within 30 min away from facility
Side Note: (OR tech 3: Senior Level Tech that takes on more complex or high risk cases. Often a go-to expert or mentor in the OR)

What qualifications you will need:
- 1+ Years of OR Tech Experience Required. (Must have endovascular experience in a vascular hybrid room doing wire procedures)
- Must be competent to perform as lead in all of the following specialty areas: Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Burn and Vascular Surgery
- Two years prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services provided
- Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery (TS-C) from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required upon hire
- Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Additional Details:
Shift Differentials: $3 for Nights and $3 Weekends.
On Call Pay: $3
