Job Summary

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist. This position supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures for adult and geriatric patients. The schedule consists of day shifts with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts; 8-hour shifts; minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: One year of experience; Basic Life Support (BLS); Cardiovascular Credentialing International Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI RCIS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; Kansas license required when submitting with ARRT certification; community hospital experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Hemodynamic monitoring, dialysis fistula procedures, and rhythm interpretation experience. Experience in both cardiac catheterization laboratory and interventional radiology is preferred. Electrophysiology and structural heart experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventions such as Shockwave, instantaneous wave-free ratio, intravascular ultrasound, rotational atherectomy, cardiovascular interventional balloon pump support, and Impella procedures. The role also supports transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions, electrophysiology studies, permanent pacemaker implants, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implants, biventricular implants, arteriograms, peripherally inserted central catheters, ports, dialysis procedures, tubes, and drains.
