Description
- Role: RN – Acute Care Float Pool (Med/Surg–Tele)
- Location: Seattle, WA (Northwest Hospital & Medical Center)
- Contract: 13 weeks | Start: 11/16/2026 | Openings: 2
- Schedule: 3x12s | Days: 7:00a–7:30p or Nights: 7:00p–7:30a
- Hours: 36/week | Weekends: Every other
- Unit/Scope: Float within hospital (med/surg, med tele, surg tele, infusion, ortho, neuro)
- Ratios: 1:5
- Charting: Epic (Epic exp required)
- Call: None | Block scheduling: No
- Experience: 2+ years required | First-timers: can screen to manager
- License: Active WA RN (pending not accepted)
- Certs: BCLS required | CPI preferred
- Local candidates: Yes
- Time off: 1 week max | No RTO first 2 weeks
- Submission notes: 2 references required at submittal (prefer 2 supervisor; 1 may be OK case-by-case) | Max 3 subs per candidate | Prior UW staff needs 18 months separation
Modules: pre-start (RN 6–8 hrs; WA suicide prevention may add +6 hrs if required)
