**For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours**

LOCAL Bill Rate - $77
(local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility)

NO BLOCK SCHEDULE
36 or 48 hours

1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred

**Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6**

**No more than 7 days of RTO will be approved

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN ONLINE EKG TELE COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO STARTING ASSIGNMENT

• 13 weeks
• Must Float to all Stepdown/Advanced Care units

Job Requirements: BLS ACLS must read and interpret strips Must have or be willing to obtain NIH
Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
Minimum 2 years experience in large hospital level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience
Travel experience preferred
FLOATING REQUIREMENTS: Traveler will be first to float at Premiers discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty cluster and will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to including High Risk Respiratory Unit/Covid.
IF YOURE ASSIGNED TO MVH THIS COULD INCLUDE FLOATING MAIN CAMPUS (Dayton) SOUTH CAMPUS (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus AND NORTH CAMPUS (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health Employee incentives.
Medical exemptions will not be accepted for a contract.
