General Requirements:

	<li>NY license/certification/ school certification 
	</li><li>Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
	</li><li>Completion of BACB-required initial RBT training, competency assessment, and certification examination. Training covers ABA principles, data collection, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, ethics, and professional conduct.
	</li><li>Ability to pass state and district-required background checks.
	</li><li>Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred.
	</li><li>Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred.
