Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) nursing professionals are sought for a temporary position located in Delaware. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care to adult patients undergoing open heart surgeries. The position requires dedication to patient safety and adherence to clinical standards within a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Certification in perioperative nursing or relevant specialty; a minimum of 4 years of experience in operating room environments with adult cardiac surgery; location in Delaware preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with open heart procedures and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification
- Additional Information: This role involves supporting perioperative protocols within the organization, ensuring compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to evolving clinical situations is essential.
