Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36's, EOW/holiday

Length: 18 weeks

Requirements:

OH License
2 years’ experience
BLS

Other Details:

Local is within 50 miles of facility
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN ONLINE EKG TELE COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO STARTING ASSIGNMENT(local is within 50 miles of facility)Option of 48-hour or 36-hour contract• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
