💰 Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year 
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its oncology team in a full-time permanent role. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with the opportunity to work in both outpatient oncology and hospital-based rounding.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Participate in hospital rounding and coordinate inpatient oncology care.
• Manage follow-up visits and address acute and chronic patient needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and supportive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Ideal Candidate

• Valid and active NP or PA license.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Hospitalist or inpatient experience is a plus.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable splitting time between clinic and hospital rounding, although this is not a requirement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $120K–$140K annual salary
• Full-time permanent employment
