Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting
- Ensure compliance with state pharmacy regulations and maintain active pharmacy registration
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient medication therapy
- Monitor and evaluate medication therapy for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness
- Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed, utilizing BLS or ACLS certification
- Stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and pharmacy best practices

Med Ninjas Job ID #14214. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
