3S CV Telemetry RN
3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
Pre/Post Op surgical cardiovascular patients and medical cardiac patients who require progressive care/monitoring. Vascular patients, amputations, detox patients
Orientation/Start Date held every other week on Thursday
Experience Required: 2 Years
Ratios: 1:5
Shift Info: 36 or 48hr contract options, Every other weekend required, Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
Certs Required: BLS; MAB Preferred
Skill Requirements: IV Start, Telemetry, PCU/IMC
Special Procedures: Ostomies, Chest Tubes, Wound Vacs/Care, CPAP/BiPAP, Central Lines, PICCs, Drips (Heparin, Amnio, Cardizem, Cardiac Drips
Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license

Gaudy and Gina are awesome!!!
I worked a while ago for Tact. I have no idea why there are bad reviews but they are amazing!!! Gaudy deserves such a great recognition for her work and placing me in the epicenter of the pandemic and doing her job amazingly! She was also promoted. Gina recruiter is so nice, good , caring and understanding. I love them the company I just wasn’t able to do a travel job again at the time they were helping me again in 2022/3 but they are great to work for and with!
