This position involves providing outpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. The role requires collaboration with a dedicated team to enhance patient functional ability and quality of life in an inpatient setting.

Job Details

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Position Description: Provide inpatient rehabilitation services for a diverse patient population, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric (no younger than 13) patients, utilizing equipment such as EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and body weight support systems.
• Required Qualifications: PT license, experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility settings, 2 years of experience preferred, and the ability to start by 11/3 or sooner.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Notes: Candidate must report at 7:30 a.m. and work until 4:30 p.m., with no call responsibilities. Scrub color is black.
• Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive inpatient physical therapy care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, document patient progress, and adhere to facility protocols.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro, ortho, debility, and cardiac treatments, strong teamwork, communication skills, responsibility, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
