HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Manager of Pharmacy Operations to fill an opening with an acute care hospital in Panama City, FL!
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Pharmacy Operations:
- Strategic initiative management encompasses identifying, implementing, and overseeing new clinical services or initiatives to address emerging needs and opportunities within the organization
- Holds themselves and others accountable for adhering to compliance standards while understanding the importance of compliance in achieving organizational goals
- Shift: The facilities are open 24/7- Will work Monday-Friday Days
- Clinical Pharmacist License in FL
- 3 years of inpatient hospital pharmacist experience OR PGY2 in Admin
- No leadership experience required
- Medical/Dental/Vision + Prescription benefits
