Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license or applicable qualifying license in hand at submission.
• BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of clinical research experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required; 3+ years of subspecialty nursing experience in an acute-care or ambulatory setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols, patient education, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to perform 12-lead EKGs and train others in obtaining them.
• Knowledge of laboratory values, pulse oximetry, and human-subject research protections.

Preferred Experience

• Rheumatology clinical trials — highly preferred.
• Oncology, inpatient studies, or CAR-T clinical research.
• Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III clinical trials.
• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience or CCRC certification.
• Experience with IDX, Meditech, NextGen, or PACS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
